I specialize in developing websites for families and small businesses. I taught a class in Website Development at Cal State Long Beach for four years and have built several sites. I'm not interested in developing sites that include "fancy animation" and "flowery decoration". Rather, my sites are fairly simple but sophisticated and functional; designed to meet the real needs of the customer.

I do not charge an excessive amount for my services. To initially set up the site, my fee ranges between $80 and $120 depending on the complexity and the amount of interactivity with the user. I also have an ANNUAL maintenance fee that ranges between $100 - $200 a year depending on the amount of regular maintenance required to keep the site current and attractive.
